2. Payment overview & reports
After logging in, you will be brought to the overview. Click on "Transactions" to view current payments.
You can apply filters, such as the time frame, payment methods, etc, using the bar at the top of the page. On the upper right-hand side of the page, you can export daily transaction lists via "my reports".
To complete a daily settlement, choose “transaction report”, and then export the file in the desired format (CSV or XLS) by clicking on “export file”.
You are also able to view the payout report. Click on "My Reports" > "Payout Report".
Your payout summary will include all transactions made directly to your account or employee account during the selected period. Select whether you would like to receive the daily or monthly overview by clicking on "Resend report".
You can refund a transaction that has already been made, this may include partial or total amounts and you are not required to enter your guests' credit card details.
To refund a credit card, open "Transactions" in the left menu column. Select the transaction to credit and click on "Refund".
Enter the amount you would like to refund and click "next". Confirm the refund by entering your password. The amount will now be refunded to your credit card.
